Three killed in Uttarakhand rain fury, Badrinath highway blocked

An intense spell of heavy rainfall between Sunday night and Monday wreaked havoc in several parts of Uttarakhand, leaving at least three people dead and five missing - taking the toll in rain-related incidents in the state this monsoon to 63 with over 20 still untraceable.
