The Supreme Court collegium headed by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud recommended the Centre to elevate Chief Justice of Allahabad HC Justice Rajesh Bindal and Chief Justice of Gujarat HC Justice Aravind Kumar to the apex court and told the government that five names which were earlier recommended and pending it's approval shall have precedence over these two names and they be notified first.from India News | Latest News Headlines & Live Updates from India - Times of India https://ift.tt/tQjnrFs
