Madhya Pradesh High Court issues chargesheet against the former chief secretary, two Union secretaries, and three other officials for contempt over non-compliance with court orders for medical care of Bhopal gas tragedy victims. The court criticizes their insensitivity towards the victims and disobedience to Supreme Court and High Court directions.
