J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha highlighted the advancements in the economy, tourism, education, industry, healthcare, and infrastructure during the four years since the abrogation of Article 370 and division of the state into two Union territories. Sinha claimed that J&K stands among the top states and Union territories in India in implementing central schemes. However, political parties like Congress, PDP, National Conference, and CPM expressed concerns over the alleged lack of progress.
