China minister set to hold talks with Jaishankar on sidelines of SCO

China announced on Tuesday its foreign minister Qin Gang will visit India for the SCO foreign ministers' meeting in Goa on May 4-5. This will be Qin's second visit to India after his participation in the G20 foreign ministers' meeting here in March. Qin will look to discuss the agenda for Xi's visit in his likely second bilateral with his Indian counterpart S Jaishankar on the sidelines of the SCO meeting
