Cold wave likely to return for three days from Monday

Several places in Delhi-NCR are likely to reel under a cold wave from Monday to Wednesday. The India Meteorological Department has predicted that the minimum temperature may touch 3°C at Ayanagar and Ridge and it may hover around 4°C at Safdarjung, which is the city's base station.
