Over 15,000 posts filled in J&K govt depts in 3 ys: SSB chairman

More than 15,000 vacancies in various government departments were filled in three years while the selection process for 8,000 more was in progress, Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (SSB) chairman Rajesh Sharma said.
