Jammu and Kashmir: NIA raids 40 locations of banned Jamaat-e-Islami

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday carried out raids at several places in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with a terror funding case. NIA sources said 40 locations of prominent Jamaat-e-Islami (JEI) members and offices of the organisation were simultaneously raided. This came in the wake of registration of an FIR against prominent members of the banned JEI.
